1. Data controller

UAB „Gforma“, company code 301541079, registered at Drobės g. 29G, LT-45189 Kaunas, Lithuania, email info@gforma.lt (the Company), processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

2. What data we collect and why

Enquiry form and email

When you submit an enquiry on this website or email us, we process your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. The data is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and perform a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years; where a contract is concluded, for 10 years in line with accounting requirements.

Server logs

The web server automatically records the IP address, time of request, browser type and page viewed. These technical data are needed for the security and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and are kept for no longer than 12 months.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or marketing trackers. Links to maps and social networks open on third-party websites, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Who we share data with

Your data is seen only by those Company employees who need it to handle your enquiry. We use email and web hosting providers who act on our instructions and apply appropriate security measures. We disclose data to public authorities only where there is a legal basis. We do not transfer data to third countries.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive it in a portable format. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
